This fixes an issue that could occur when redirecting to an URL with a special character in it.

In our most recent website update, we're excited to unveil the addition of nested comments.
We've opted for a sleek flat design that features a vertical trail of parent comments, deviating from the more conventional tree structure.
This design choice comes with several advantages over the traditional tree format:

* Detailed comments: The flat design allows for more detailed and on-topic comments
* Easy external linking: Effortlessly link to a specific comment using external URLs
* Mobile optimization: Flat design ensures a smooth and user-friendly commenting experience on mobile devices.

We used to have a dialog to preserve scroll position when navigating back in the browser but it has now been solved in a different way.
