This Privacy Policy explains how Smashr collects and uses personal data when you use our website and mobile apps (the "Service").

It should be read with our Terms of Service and Cookie Policy.

1. Who we are

Smashr is the operator of the Service and is responsible for personal data used on it. "We", "us", and "our" mean Smashr.

We collect:

  • Account data: email address, username, and password. You may also add a profile image and a bio.
  • Content you submit: posts, comments, messages, and anything else you put on the Service.

  • Settings you choose.

We only email you about your account, for example to verify it or reset a password.

  • Restrict or object to certain uses
  • Receive a copy of data you provided to us

You can also correct much of your account information yourself, or delete your account. Contact us to use these rights.

You can complain to a data protection authority. If you are in the EU, that can be the authority in your country, or the Belgian Data Protection Authority.

8. Children

The Service is not for anyone under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you think we have, contact us and we will delete it.

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Service and to understand how it is used. Details are in the Cookie Policy.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top will change when we do. The current version will always be on this page.
